About the Role

At Globaltex Fine Linens, we deliver luxury textiles to some of the world’s most distinguished hotels, resorts, and residences.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client billing, tracking payments, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions.

This role plays a key part in supporting our finance and sales teams by maintaining the company’s financial health and client trust — values that define the Globaltex standard.

 


 

Responsibilities

  • Process, monitor, and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.

  • Prepare and send invoices to B2B and B2C clients in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Track incoming payments and follow up with customers on outstanding balances.

  • Maintain detailed and organized financial records.

  • Coordinate with the sales, accounting, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
    Generate regular aging reports, payment summaries, and account statements.

  • Assist in the monthly closing process and financial reporting.

  • Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) and accounting software 

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal departments and external clients.

 


 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting roles.

  • Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP software).

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Authorized to work in the United States.
