Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand assisting clients with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the excellence and trust that define Globaltex Fine Linens.
Responsibilities

Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.

Assist B2B and B2C clients with order status, product details, shipping updates, and after-sales support.

Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and production teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details in company systems.

Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve service processes.

Manage and update client data using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

Ensure all communications align with brand standards and reflect Globaltex’s tone of professionalism and care.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in hospitality or luxury product industries.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Shopify experience is a plus).

Ability to multitask and handle client requests in a fast-paced environment.

Authorized to work in the United States.
