Your Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide world-class service to our clients across the hospitality industry. You’ll act as a key liaison between customers, our sales team, and warehouse operations—ensuring satisfaction from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

  • Troubleshoot issues and offer timely resolutions

  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to track shipments

  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM

  • Identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualities

  • Background in hospitality or B2B sales

  • Experience in textiles or logistics

  • Bilingual (Spanish or French preferred)
