Industrial Seamstress / Seamster

About the Role

This position is ideal for experienced sewing professionals who take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce linens, pillowcases, duvet covers, and other textile products according to company specifications.

• Read and follow patterns, measurements, and work orders accurately.

• Ensure consistent stitching quality and maintain production standards.

• Inspect finished items for defects and perform quality adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the embroidery, cutting, and quality control departments to maintain efficient workflow.

• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and minor repairs.

• Record daily production output using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive).

• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in all production areas.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial sewing experience (textile or upholstery background preferred).

• Proficiency in operating single-needle, double-needle, and overlock machines.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  Ability to read and interpret production specifications.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Google Workspace.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
