Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both existing and potential customers.
- Identify and qualify new leads for business development.
- Initiate contact and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
- Deliver effective sales presentations showcasing our products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
- Track and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Industry-specific experience (optional but advantageous).
