Amazing

Experienced these at a hotel in DC and needed them for my home. It’s a magic pillow for my neck issues. Worth every penny, I got 4 for my Queen sized bed.

King Down Alternative Pillow TOO plump!

I ordered these pillows after staying at the W Hotel and loved theirs. After receiving them I opened one and it felt really BIG. I reached out to customer Service and they were not very helpful. Although it says easy returns they do not want returns. They wanted the pillow to sit so it will get even bigger and I would like it more?!? I asked to exchange the unopened for a down pillow and they said it would be the same issue. Waiting on resolution.
