About the Role
At Globaltex Fine Linens, we serve some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, resorts, and residences with luxury textile products.
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners — representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Your role is essential in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls or inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Drive) to manage office operations and communication.

Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Qualifications

1+ year of experience in front desk, office administration, or customer service roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic office equipment.

Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Authorized to work in the United States.
