Globaltex Fine Linens Return and Exchange Policy

At Globaltex Fine Linens, we are dedicated to providing our valued customers with the finest linens and towels. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and convenient process, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase for unused and unopened items.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@globaltexusa.com or call us at 305-751-2343 within 14 days of your purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return and exchange criteria outlined in this policy.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 Business Days after the returned items are received and approved.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your item, please specify the replacement item you would like when requesting your RA number.
We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened bedding, pillows, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

NO REFUNDS ON ALL SALES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Globaltex Fine Linens does not accept returns for sales to B2B and Wholesale customers. All sales are final and cannot be changed. 

Quality Control and Damaged Products

When receiving the shipped goods, please check the packages carefully. If you detect any damage or defects to the goods, please contact the delivery company immediately. Do not accept damaged goods and contact us to report the situation. In this case, we will assist you with the replacement or return of the damaged goods.
