Driver

Globaltex Fine Linens is actively seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual to join us as a full-time local driver. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to hotels and residential compounds. A valid driver's license and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential for this position. Please note that having your own car is not required as we provide drivers with our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day.
• Arrive at destinations on schedule, considering potential traffic, construction, and weather delays.
• Ensure the vehicle is consistently fueled and ready for use.
• Maintain the security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.
• Ability to lift, bend, carry, and load packages, following directions accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and team members.
• Keep accurate mileage records and ensure repair records are up to date.
• Occasionally take weekend deliveries as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).
• Proven driving experience with a clean driving record.
• A CDL is not required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Availability to occasionally work on weekends.
• Driver's License (Preferred)
