We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to both existing and potential customers.
  2. Identify and qualify new leads for business development.
  3. Initiate contact and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
  4. Deliver effective sales presentations showcasing our products/services.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
  7. Track and report on sales performance regularly.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong customer focus and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  2. Industry-specific experience (optional but advantageous).
