In this position, you will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Keeping track of mail and courier work
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Carrying out general office work

The qualifications required for this position are:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the receptionist field
  • Communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to use MS Office programs well
  • Effective time management skills
  • Flexible and stress-resistant work skills
