Sales Representative (San Antonio, TX)
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market reach and increase revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
Track and report key performance metrics and progress towards business development goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
